Pharmacy Technician III

The Pharmacy Technician III assists pharmacists in preparing, compounding, and dispensing medications and are accountable to the supervising pharmacist who is legally responsible for the care and safety of the patients served by the pharmacy. The Pharmacy Technician III follows applicable standards and federal, state & local laws and regulations for the care and safety of the customers and patients served.

Position Details:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalence exam. Experience: 3 years hospital pharmacy experience or equivalent experience required. Licensure: Actively registered, in good standing, with the State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician or willing to submit application for registration by first day of work. This includes submitting fingerprints for FBI background check.
