Summary The Compound Sterile Product (CPS) Oncology Pharmacy Technician is a highly specialized technician, who will perform a variety of complex functions in the preparation of chemotherapeutic agents. This individual will work under the supervision of the CSP program manager or supervisory pharmacist. The incumbent will consistently demonstrate independent technical judgement and comprehensive and thorough working knowledge of sterile preparation for both hazardous and non-hazardous medications.
