**Schedule:** PRN - as needed for vacant shifts.
**Shifts:** 8- or 10-hours between the hours are between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays.
**Location:** Supply Chain Center, Midvale, UT. This is a hybrid position.

**Join our Home Delivery Pharmacy Team at Intermountain Health** , where pharmacists and pharmacy technicians work collaboratively to ensure patients have timely access to prescribed medications. This hybrid team supports patient care by completing prior authorizations, resolving coverage barriers, and coordinating with providers, payers, and care teams to prevent delays in therapy.
