Key Responsibilities

+ Enter prescription and patient information into systems

+ Assist in filling and processing prescriptions

+ Handle customer and physician calls

+ Resolve basic insurance claim issues (training provided)

+ Operate automated pharmacy equipment

+ Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the workspace

Requirements

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Minimum 6 months of experience working in Pharmacy setting .

+ Basic computer skills and typing ability

+ Customer service experience preferred

+ Interest in healthcare/pharmacy

+ Ability to work overnight shifts
