**Job Description**

The **Harborview Medical Center Pharmacy Department** is looking for an outstanding is looking for an outstanding **Pharmacy Technician 2** to join our Inpatient Pharmacy team!

**WORK SCHEDULE**

• Part-Time / 35 hours per week

• Night Shift - 7 on, 7 off

**POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**

• Prepare and package medications

• Perform specialized, technical pharmaceutical functions such as unit dose medication checking, maintaining a specific area or function within the pharmacy, and act as a resource for medication distribution systems

• All tasks are performed under the general supervision of a registered pharmacist

**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Perform all duties of a Pharmacy Technician I.

• Tech checker certified to check medications filled by other pharmacy technicians via PIMS. Perform pre-check of bulk to unit dose medications and CNR items.
