Pharmacy Technician 2 - Inpatient Pharmacy (Nights, 7 on 7 off)

These roles are responsible for the administration, preparation, dispensing, and management of medications and other health products to ensure safe and effective patient care. Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians work in various settings, including pharmacies, the UVA hospitals, clinics, and research facilities.

These roles are responsible for assisting pharmacists in the preparation, dispensing, and management of medications and supporting pharmacy operations. Responsible for tasks such as filling prescriptions, maintaining medication inventory, and processing insurance claims, ensuring that pharmacy operations run smoothly and efficiently under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

The anticipated schedule arrangement for this position is night shift, working 7 nights on followed by 7 nights off. Final schedule arrangements are made at the discretion of the hiring manager.
