  Summary  
   JOB SUMMARY  The Pharmacy Tech-Acute Care performs technical functions in accordance with the scope of this job description. 
 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education:  High School Graduate or equivalent. Must complete the Employer-based training program within the time frame specified for the employee on the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy website. New hires are exempt from this requirement if any of the following conditions are met:  Continuous registration as a pharmacy technician with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy since January 1st, 2013.
  Previous completion of a training program approved by the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy.  Experience : N/A  Licensure/Certification/Registration:  Minnesota Technician registration prior to start date.
