Pharmacy Supervisor - Surgery Service and OR Pharmacy

Summary The Surgery Service and Operating Room (OR) Pharmacy Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of pharmacy care including clinical and operational duties in the operating room satellite pharmacy. The supervisor is also responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising the comprehensive pharmaceutical services within the critical and surgical care pharmacist teams. Responsibilities The incumbent primarily provides direct patient care services within the OR pharmacy service but will also provide cross-coverage within other critical care & surgery services. The incumbent is a licensed professional with knowledge and proficiency in pharmacy practice and program management including pharmaceutics, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and pharmacotherapeutics.
