**Position Overview:**

This is an American Society of Health System Pharmacy (ASHP)-accredited (pre-candidate status) one year limited term position. The residency position is on-the-job post-doctoral training for pharmacists to develop and demonstrate personal leadership qualities and business acumen essential to operate effectively within Sutter Health and to advance the profession and practice of pharmacy. The resident will work under the supervision of the Residency Program Director and assigned licensed pharmacist preceptors and residency site coordinators. Designs and executes a research study / health-system pharmacy project.
