None Physical Requirements This position requires use of a computer workstation, completion of tasks with repetitive motions. Shift Varies- Monday- Friday 7:30am- 5pm; no weekend availability. 
FULLY REMOTE schedule options available. Job Summary Answer patient phone calls regarding refill requests and other needs in Pharmacy Patient Support Services. Accurately document and route calls appropriately in the electronic health record (EHR). Provide excellent customer service and utilize problem solving skills to address patient requests and concerns within scope.
