Job Description
**Role Summary:**
This role assists in the management of the Pharmacy Client Services Operations organization with implementation and service of new and renewing clients (almost 6300 Pharmacy clients and over 6 million customers).
**Candidates who reside within 50 miles of the following locations may be asked to work in person three days per week: Bloomfield, CT, Chattanooga, TN, Denver, CO, St Louis, MO, or Scottsdale, AZ.**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for delivering the overall client implementation strategy for each assigned client while aligning with the Cigna Pharmacy Management strategy and Client Services Operations goals
+ Manage client installation and executes the client specific claims processing strategy to ensure consistent and effective products and services
+ Partners with Sales and Enterprise Operations with rules of engagement when presenting client operational strategy
