As a Pharmacy Clinical Specialist for BMT/Leukemia a, a caregiver in this role will support oncology patients across both inpatient and outpatient settings. The Clinical Specialist participates in daily interdisciplinary rounds, leads chemotherapy-related decision-making and Beacon order verification, manages discharge and consult services, and collaborates closely with inpatient, outpatient, and specialty pharmacy teams to ensure safe and seamless transitions of care.
