Pharmacy Assistant

Assist and support pharmacy operations in supplying medication to patients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate reading and interpretation of prescription.
• Ensure accurate processing of prescriptions according to set standard and guidelines – checking on validity, keying, packing and labelling.
• Follow up on medication preparation status.
• Assist in the dispensing of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmacy (must have an active STR - DIII Farmasi).
• Preferably 3 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant in a hospital.
• Proficiency with basic computer functions and pharmacy systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
