Pharmacy Assistant Apprenticeship

Working Week: Monday to Friday between 08.45am and 6.00pm and Saturday’s between 9.00am and 1.00pm

Brief Description

DY6 8PF. This exciting role will involve engaging with customers and clients to provide prescription counter services and advice, performing housekeeping duties such as stock rotation and replenishment, and helping to deliver a variety of public health services while gaining a pharmacy qualification.

Qualifications Required

GCSEs at A‑C or 4‑9 or equivalent, in Maths and English desired but not essential as can be provided as part of the course.

Training to be Provided

Pharmacy Services Assistant Level 2 (GCSE) and Functional Skills if required.

Future Prospects

This role will give you the opportunity to develop skills in customer service, prescription dispensing and public health service delivery, and to progress to a qualified pharmacy role.
