What you’ll be doing

Key responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using both in‑store and digital tools
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance
• Monitor, evaluate, and continually improve standards of care and safety
• Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team
• Grow talent that reflects the communities we serve; coach, mentor and support your colleagues every step of the way
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals
