Mayo Clinic’s Department of Pharmacy and the Department of Medicine Division of Rheumatology are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rheumatology Ambulatory Care Pharmacist to join our Medication Management Services (MMS) team. This full-time position will be based out of Onalaska, WI working hours 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday,through a hybrid care model, including in-person care in rheumatology clinic and telehealth services across regional practice sites.

In this role, the pharmacist will build a practice within the Rheumatology Department, supporting and expanding medication access and management of patients receiving complex and high-cost rheumatologic therapies, including medication selection, initiation, monitoring, dose titration, adverse effect management, and adherence support.
