Pharmacist

Actalent is looking for a pharmacist for a large organization in Fort Worth, TX! If you are interested, please read over the details below.
Job details:

+ Counsel patients over the phone about medications (6–8 hours/day)

+ Verify prescriptions (2 hours/day)

+ Oversee pharmacy technicians

+ Conduct clinical reviews and document pharmacotherapy plans

+ Coordinate care with clinicians and support services

+ Provide subcutaneous teaching and on-call support as needed

+ Ensure compliance with REMS, pharmacy laws, and internal SOPs

+ Handle prescription processing, intake, and discontinuation

+ Maintain high standards of customer service and patient education

Pay/benefits:

+ $60/hour + 2–3% annual raise

+ Health, dental, and vision

+ 401K

Schedule:

+ Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST (onsite)
