What You’ll Be Doing

+ Conduct in-depth pharmacotherapy reviews and document findings aligned with evidence-based guidelines

+ Provide patient counseling on new specialty therapies (primarily phone-based) to support adherence and outcomes

+ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to ensure smooth therapy onboarding and follow-up

+ Verify prescriptions with a high level of accuracy and support pharmacy technician workflow as needed
