PeaceHealth St. Josephs Medical Center in Bellingham, WA is seeking a Pharmacist for a Part Time, 0.88 FTE, Night position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $67.74 – $101.60. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
Shift will be 10 hour night shifts, 7 - on 7 - off.
Job Summary
This position is responsible for performing all necessary functions to ensure optimal use of medications to achieve specific outcomes that improve a patient's quality of life. Functions included in providing compassionate pharmaceutical care are both cognitive and medication distribution related and include: dispensing and distributing drugs; advising physicians and patients regarding proper usage of prescribed drugs; collaboration with other healthcare professional to plan, monitor, review...
