WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a member of the Swift Team, you will work in the Governance department, primarily focusing on reporting and performance measurement, management dashboard creation, controls execution, and follow‑up tasks. You will provide cross‑support to the client and Swift Tribe in finances, reporting, controls, audit, projects, and related areas.

• Identify valuable data sources and automate data‑gathering processes to improve key department reports.
• Improve recurring reporting and ensure timely delivery.
• Present information using clear, user‑friendly reports that contain relevant information about Swift business.
• Participate in the implementation of tools, projects, and processes.
• Support external and internal audits by executing controls and providing evidence.
