We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our new business development initiatives, focusing on managing the end-to-end process of pitches and Requests for Information (RFIs). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the media industry, strategy function exposure and possess exceptional project management and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Pitch and RFI Management**

+ Lead the development and execution of pitches and RFIs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agency capabilities.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, media, and analytics, to develop compelling proposals.
+ Oversee the creation of pitch materials, ensuring they are persuasive, accurate, and reflect the agency’s strengths.
+ Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure timely submission of all pitch and RFI responses.
