Job Title: PF Mines Operation Location: Andhra Pradesh Cement Works (APCW), Tadipatri About the Role We are looking for an experienced mining professional to manage shift operations in a highly mechanised opencast limestone mine . The role requires strong technical depth, statutory compliance knowledge, people handling capability, and the ability to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable mining operations. Key Responsibilities • Plan and supervise day‑to‑day mining operations as per statutory norms • Deploy manpower & HEMM effectively to meet production and development targets • Ensure optimum utilization of Surface Miner, Dozer, Wheel Loader and other HEMM • Maintain haul roads, in‑pit floors, and working benches for smooth operations • Manage quality parameters in coordination with Geologist & QC teams • Feed limestone as per blend plan to meet plant requirements • Identify deviations in quality, quantity and take corrective actions • Conduct regular safety rounds and implement DGMS...
