JOB PURPOSE
Our client, a leading company in the petroleum, oil, and gas sector, is seeking Petrol Station Card Handlers to manage and oversee fuel card transactions at their stations. This role is key to ensuring accurate, secure, and efficient handling of fuel cards, supporting smooth station operations and excellent customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage daily fuel card and loyalty card transactions in line with company policies
2. Support customer onboarding, account activation, and KYC documentation
3. Promote fuel card products and loyalty programs to drive station revenue
4. Monitor card usage trends and support basic sales performance reporting
5. Handle customer inquiries, billing issues, and account reconciliations
