**Job Summary and Qualifications**
Technologists are responsible to perform Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT examinations, with protocols as outlined by the Radiologist and Cardiologist. Scope of practice in nuclear medicine and PET/CT technology includes, but not limited to, the following areas and responsibilities: operation of nuclear medicine and CT instrumentation; performance of diagnostic procedures, patient care, quality control, handling of radiopharmaceuticals, usage of adjunctive medications, in vitro diagnostic testing, radionuclide therapy, and radiation safety. Other duties include, but are not limited to, clerical, scheduling, transporting, ordering supplies, inventory, cleaning, and anything deemed necessary by the medic...
