Overview

The personnel administration of the Western Uusimaa Police Department handles a wide range of HR expert tasks for the Espoo main police station as well as the police stations in Lohja, Raasepori, and Kirkkonummi. These HR tasks are managed by a team of five HR specialists.

Responsibilities

• Handling and responding to tasks related to parental leave, military leave, annual leave, language and language proficiency allowances, signature extracts, and secondary employment permits within their own scope.
• Working as an HR specialist in the administrative unit on demanding personnel management tasks, providing advice, reporting, and development.
• Acting as a substitute for other HR specialists and for other tasks within the administrative unit as needed.
