Personnel Coordinator

**Omega Subsea is looking for a structured and proactive Personnel Coordinator to play a key role in our crewing and logistics operations.**
In this position, you’ll take ownership of planning and coordinating offshore personnel, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. Your work will directly support safe, efficient operations by keeping logistics, certifications, and documentation on track and aligned with our procedures and HSEQ standards.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Crewing Manager, Project Managers, and a range of internal and external stakeholders—helping drive smooth crew planning, clear communication, and high-quality execution across our projects.
