Personal Lines Account Associate

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:

The Mitchell & Abbott Group Insurance Brokers Ltd., a Navacord Company, is hiring a Personal Lines Account Associate. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the full end to end customer experience cycle; servicing the client with their insurance needs from the moment they call and inquire to binding coverage accurately and professionally.

WHAT YOU’LL BE REPSONSIBLE FOR:

• Greeting clients
• Answer incoming calls directed to reception from the Automated Telephone System and redirecting as appropriate.
• Collect and distribute incoming mail
• Arrange the delivery of outgoing mail
• Organizing, managing and ordering office supplies
• Provide technical assistance to Account Managers
• Provide back-up support to Account Managers when required
• Review renewals to ensure coverage is accurate, taking into account any changes prior to renewal
