About the Role

You will manage a varied caseload of high-value claimant personal injury matters, including complex and multi-track claims, while working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on significant cases.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of high-value personal injury claims from inception through to settlement or trial.
• Handling complex multi-track litigation, including catastrophic injury and serious injury matters.
• Advising clients on liability, quantum, rehabilitation, and litigation strategy.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, schedules of loss, and other key legal documents.
• Liaising with counsel, medical experts, insurers, and other stakeholders.
• Participating in business development and networking activities to support the continued growth of the department.
• Delivering exceptional client care throughout the lifecycle of each claim.
