I’m currently working with a well-established legal services organisation that is looking to appoint an experienced and senior level Personal Injury Fee Earner into its Intermediate Track Team. This is a dual-capacity role, combining hands‑on case management with a technical leadership and mentoring remit and would suit a Solicitor or CILEX‑qualified Lawyer who enjoys complex litigation work and supporting the development of others.

The Role

This position offers a balance of fee‑earning responsibility alongside a more strategic, technical contribution to the wider team. You will be trusted to manage your own caseload while acting as a go‑to technical resource across the post‑litigation process.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Managing a portfolio of Intermediate Track litigated cases, ensuring matters progress efficiently and in line with client and business objectives
