An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join my client's highly regarded Personal Injury team based in Brighton offices.
Working within a leading Personal Injury team, you will manage your own caseload of multi-track personal injury claims whilst assisting Partners and senior fee earners on complex catastrophic injury cases involving brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and amputations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of multi-track personal injury matters from instruction through to conclusion.
• Assist Partners and senior fee earners on complex and high-value catastrophic injury claims.
• Provide high-quality legal advice and support to clients throughout the claims process.
• Draft legal documents, witness statements and correspondence.
• Liaise with clients, medical experts, barristers, insurers and other third parties.
• Attend client meetings, including home and hospital visits where required.
