Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare deposition, hearing, trial, and expert witness binders.
- Request, track, and organize medical records and billing.
- Draft correspondence to providers and lien holders.
- Maintain and update medical bill outlines.
- Confirm and track requests for NPNP documents and objections.
- Keep litigation files organized and trial-ready.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience
