As a personal finance advisor, you’re responsible for developing and maintaining lasting and trusting business relationships with members and clients to ensure their satisfaction. You listen to their needs, offer advice that fits their financial situation, and help them choose appropriate solutions to meet their goals. Your role focuses on a client base of young people and individuals, requiring interpersonal savvy. You drive results by recommending investments, loans, and insurance products and serve as a financing expert advisor and resource person for the caisse. You balance member/client satisfaction, business objectives, profitability, and sound risk management, working with partners and experts to design integrated strategies that meet member needs.
