Personal Care Worker

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Personal Care Worker to provide safe, respectful and person-centred care in our Karana residential aged care home in Kew (VIC).

You’ll work closely with our clinical team to support residents’ wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

Salary- $36.82 - $37.71 per hour + 12% Super + NFP Benefits

Permanent Part Time role with shifts across AM & PM  (weekdays preferred)

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care aligned with individual care plans
• Support residents with daily living activities (personal care, mobility, meals)
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and the care team
• Accurately document care and report any concerns or changes
• Promote a safe, respectful and inclusive environment
