  Tasks: Please support Paddy with a full clean of his home - including vacuuming, mopping, bathroom clean, kitchen clean and any other reasonable requests that Paddy has. Location of cleaning products: In Laundry Room Additional tasks: Any other reasonable requests made by Paddy Special instructions/ Preferences: None Client participation: Paddy is limited in ability to undertake heavy work but can provide direction to support worker if needed Family present during service delivery
