Transport Must have experience with dementia clients Must have female worker Prefers if worker can speak Spanish ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Font door Parking: Either park on the driveway or park further from the turning road for roadside parking Preference: Spanish speaking female worker who can connect with Gerry ALERTS: Check if Alberto has his walker with him when he goes out Family (who lives with the client or visits regularly): Lives with Son Albert and daughter in law Pili Caregiver to take Alberto out. Social outing Alberto will decide what he wants to do on the day. He can choose from going to shopping, for a coffee, etc
