PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANTS

We're looking for a passionate and experienced casual Personal Care Assistants to join our care services teams at Doutta Galla Harmony Village in Shepparton. Our aged care home is close to the heart of town in a peaceful setting near the Marketplace shopping centre.  

To be successful in your application you will need:

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support / Ageing Support and previous aged care experience 
• A passion for providing quality, relationship based individual care
• An uncompromising standard of care delivered with compassion, dignity and respect
• Well-developed communication skills with the ability to relate to older people
• A willingness to embrace and champion the Aged Care Standards 
• A positive and flexible attitude
• Ability to work in a team and independently
