I use letter boards to communicate, and I will give you the time, guidance, and support to learn how to facilitate my communication. This can take up to a year, but it’s an incredibly rewarding skill to develop.I require 24-hour support, 7 days a week, and my PAs work on a 48-hour rolling rota. They work 12-hour day shifts (£16 per hour) and 12-hour night shifts (£152.40 flat rate), on a 48-hour rotation.
