Personal Care Assistant for two young boys P/T @ £14.67/hr in Prudhoe - Prudhoe - NE42

To provide support for two brothers aged 7 years and 8 years old for 4 hours per week during term time weeks and 8 hours per week during school holiday weeks. The role is to take the boys out separately in the community so that they can access leisure activities.

Main Duties

We are currently looking to recruit a Support Worker to provide support for these little boys on separate days. Both have a diagnosis of autism; the youngest sibling is non‑verbal and uses PECS to communicate and requires assistance with personal care. They both struggle to regulate their emotions and lack danger awareness, necessitating constant support and supervision to keep them safe.
