Hours: 8 per week. The role involves assisting a 16‑year‑old teenage girl with a rare genetic mutation (HNRNPH2) who is non‑verbal and uses a wheelchair. Responsibilities include: providing personal care (showering, toileting, changing continence pads), supporting independent living skills, lifting and hoisting, escorting to events and outings, and participating in social and leisure activities.
