Job Responsibilities Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to director Manage the director's calendar and travel arrangements including flights, transportation and accommodation bookings Manage director's email correspondences Schedule business meetings Manage director's expenses and reimbursements Facilitate communication and coordination by conveying the director's instructions and work arrangements to various stakeholders within the company Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned Job Requirements At least 5 years of working experience as an executive secretary Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent time management skills Pleasant personality with good working attitude Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking associates Able to work independently in a fast paced environment Highly organised Meticulous Resourceful Responsible Able to multi-task Possess sense of urgency Handle sensitive and confidential information with strict confidentiality
