Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director
Reports To: Managing Director (MD)
Location: Elimn Headquarters, Garden Estate, Nairobi, Kenya
Remuneration: Kshs. 20,000 – 40,000
ROLE PURPOSE
The Personal Assistant exists to multiply the Managing Director's effectiveness by controlling priorities, enforcing execution, filtering noise, and safeguarding confidential and strategic matters across multiple operating businesses and new ventures.
This is not an administrative role.
This is an execution and control role.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Execution Coordinator
Track and drive execution of tasks, decisions, and commitments arising from meetings, calls, messages, and ad-hoc instructions.
Maintain a live action tracker and ensure nothing stalls or disappears.
Coordinate across workshops, developers, vendors, marketing, and external partners.
2. Priority Enforcer
Actively manage the Managing Director's calendar and daily focus.
