We are a New York-headquartered lab-grown diamond company with offices across the USA and India. We are looking for a sharp, organized, and reliable Personal Assistant to work directly with our Founder at our Andheri West office.
If you are highly organized, great with people, and love keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you.
📍 Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (On-site)
🕒 Time: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Managing the Founder’s daily schedule, booking meetings, and making sure the day runs smoothly.
- Using Excel to update business sheets, track projects, and organize data clearly.
- Handling professional emails and messages, acting as the main bridge between the Founder and the team.
- Booking flights, hotels, and managing schedules for business trips.
- Keeping track of the Founder’s to-do list and sending timely reminders so deadlines aren't missed.
