Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields;
- Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role; prior experience supporting senior executives is preferred;
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia;
- Valid driving license with proven safe driving skills;
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with strong responsiveness and execution;
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure;
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays if required;
- Detail‑oriented, highly responsible, and capable of handling complex tasks efficiently.
