3-month contract role with a local authority Summary This is a 3-month contract role with a local authority, aimed at providing high-quality advice, guidance, advocacy, and practical support to young people aged 17 to 25 who are leaving care. As a Personal Advisor, you will manage a caseload of care leavers, including complex and high-risk cases, ensuring they receive the necessary support to achieve positive outcomes in education, employment, training, accommodation, health, finances, and independent living.
