Permit Manager (Right of Way)

Our client in the telecommunications (Fiber/OSP) industry is looking for an experienced Permit/Right of Way Manager for a long term contract opportunity. This a hybrid role but this person must sit in Phoenix, AZ.

The Permit Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end permitting activities to support network construction and deployment. This role ensures timely submission, tracking, approval, and closeout of permits across multiple jurisdictions while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and municipal agencies to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, submit, and administer permitting applications, including utility pole attachments and work within state and local rights-of-way.
• Request, track, and record payment of permit fees internally and with vendor partners.
