About the Role
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will deliver outstanding face-to-face and remote customer service in a busy trade environment. This is a customer-focused role involving counter sales, order processing, technical product matching, and light inventory duties. You will work in a fast-paced setting where safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction are paramount.
