A community‑owned, not‑for‑profit aged care home in the North Burnett Region is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead their nursing and care team. This is a small, home‑like facility with strong local support and a focus on person‑centred care for residents.

About the role:

You’ll lead and coordinate high‑quality clinical care, ensuring the home meets all regulatory and accreditation requirements. You’ll work closely with the Facility Manager and lead a team of registered nurses, enrolled nurses and personal care workers, supporting them to deliver safe, consistent, resident‑focused care in a supportive, not‑for‑profit environment.
