We are currently recruiting a Peripatetic Coordinator in our peripatetic service.

To enable service users to remain in their own homes by promoting independence and delivering a qualityservice.
To ensure individuals are treat with dignity and respect and to work alongside other professionals and agencies in a person-centred way to deliver effective services by working within national guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
