Qualifications

• NVQs/SVQs or City & Guilds equivalent.
• Up to date food hygiene certification.
• Good understanding of nutrition.
• Experience working with fresh seasonal food.
• Strong kitchen management skills.
• Personable approach with genuine interest in resident wellbeing.
• Confidence engaging with residents.
