We are looking for a seasoned Perfumer to lead the development of authentic fragrances for a new premium perfume brand. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of fragrance creation, raw materials, accords, and market trends, with the ability to transform creative concepts into commercially successful scents. Responsibilities Develop original fragrance compositions and accords. Create fragrances based on brand briefs and product positioning. Refine and optimize formulations through testing and evaluation. Work closely with product, marketing, and manufacturing teams. Source and recommend fragrance ingredients and suppliers. Stay updated on global fragrance trends and innovations.
